Students and staff at Cottenham Village College are today celebrating another year of fantastic GCSE results.

Staff at CVC have gone above and beyond to ensure their students were as prepared as possible for their GCSEs and for coming to support the results day to see the children open their envelopes.

Among the high performers include:

· Louis Holden – Hills Road – Maths, Economics and Music (Four grade 9, one 8, four 7)

· Emily Freckleton – Hills Road – Biology, Chemistry and Psychology (Two grade 9, two 8, two 7, 6 and distinction L2)

· Marco Benet Diaz – Hills Road – Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Economics (Four grade 9, four 8, 7, 6)

· Jessica Gillingham – Hills Road – Maths, Chemistry and Biology (eight grade 9 and two grade 8)

· Shreya Thiahulan – Hills Road – Psychology, Maths, and History of Art (A grade 9, seven grade 8, two 7)

· Ellie Hawkins – Hills Road – Physics, Maths, Further Maths and Computer Science (eight grade 9 and two grade 8)
