Dear Parents/Carers,
Year 7 Tutors’ Evening – Online Appointment Booking
We would like to invite you to attend our Parents’ Evening on:
Thursday 28th September 2017, 4.00-6.30 pm
This is an important evening and provides you with an opportunity to meet with your child’s new form tutor and discuss any questions you have about their introduction to life at the college.
The school uses ParentMail to book appointments. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers.
Appointments can be made from 7am on Thursday 21st September and will close on Wednesday 27thSeptember. Should you wish to make any changes after this date please contact your child’s subject teacher(s).
Please visit the school website under parents’ evenings for a short guide on how to add appointments and for a quick link to the login page. Alternatively please log in to your ParentMail account to book your appointments.
If you do not have access to the internet, please contact either your child’s form tutor, Mrs Scurll or student services on telephone number 01954 288767 who will be happy to arrange an appointment on your behalf.
