Cottenham Through aspiration and endeavour, we flourish
To celebrate World Book Day, some of our students will take part in a ‘Readathon’ and spend the day reading in the library.
Encouraging reading for pleasure and raising money to support the work of the charity Read for Good.
The money they raise will help to provide a regular supply of brand new books and a resident storyteller to every major children’s hospital in the UK.
Our school also receives free books worth 20% of our grand sponsorship total.
World Book Day Tokens
Our Year 7 students will receive their tokens from their form tutor. All other year groups can collect a token from the library.
