Astro Pitch Update

Following the closure of CVC’s Astro Pitch last week, we would like to confirm that every effort is being put towards making the pitch available to our students and our community as soon as possible. The condition of our pitch has significantly deteriorated, and contractors reassessed the situation last Friday. We were advised not to allow any further use of the facility due to health and safety concerns. As our main priority is the safety of our students, staff and wider community, we temporarily closed the pitch in line with our health and safety responsibilities.  

Our Sports Centre Manager is working hard to reallocate committed bookings wherever possible. Please do contact the Sports Centre team by email if you have any queries or concerns.

Once again, we are very sorry for the disruption and inconvenience this temporary closure has caused. We will be sure to provide an update as soon as we have further information.
