We celebrated World Book Day this week. The history team thought that would make this week an ideal time to share an excellent list of historical fiction curated by the Historical Association with families. Reading historical fiction is often an excellent way to climb into great stories and meet fascinating characters that also build knowledge of different historical periods.
Please do share this list with your child. The school library has a history section with a range of these titles, and more, funded recently by a grant from the Willingham Trust.
